  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Return Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items:
    There is 100% no cost to the customer if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if the wrong item was sent.
  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind):
    If you ordered the wrong item, the item doesn’t fit, want a different size, or you no longer want it, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

  • Pack Your Item: Securely repack the item in its original box, including all tags, accessories, and documents.
  • Send It Back: Follow the return instructions provided in your return authorization email and drop off the package with the designated carrier.

Exchanges
